From product planning to development and to marketing solutions, Kolmar Korea promises to serve as the connecting platform.
“Pace of the ox” Hiking
Every winter, people at Kolmar Korea go on a hike. It is an opportunity for the management and the employees to understand each other as their opinions and philosophies are heard and shared. The company hiking represents its corporate culture of “pace of the ox” as all employees walk together slowly but without stepping backward.
Kolmar Book School
To this end, Kolmar Korea runs a book reading program so called “Kolmar book School”. From the management to a new recruit, everyone at Kolmar Korea is encouraged to read one book every month and to submit at least six book reports in a year.
The program was well accepted and gave birth to a book donation initiative. In celebration of a wedding, a new baby or a promotion, people at Kolmar Korea donate books.
Kolmar Korea employees can visit book cafes in the Sejong plant or Seoul office to read or borrow books.
